Shop Review: "The nose is full of mellow raspberry and cherry, while the palate is fleshy and round, with blackberry and a touch of raisin. Plump, not edgy, and ready to drink, with coffee and mocha notes on the finish."
My Review: Cherry aromas were distinct on the nose of this wine. As I sniffed again, I felt that I could smell bread dough as well. As I tasted it, I could taste cherry, fruity flavors. However, it had a smoky, peppery finish. It had a great balance, and was light on tannins. This wine was my favorite Argentinian wine that I've tasted to date.
I tasted this wine on its own without food.
