Shop Review: Light and silky, with pretty, delicate pear, floral and spice flavors, lingering gently.
My Review: This wine smelled sweet and fruity, but not as much as I expected after reading the above review. It also smelled slightly acidic, as a typical Riesling does. As I tasted it, I got a strong fruity taste, with pear dominating the palate. I could taste hints of the acidic aroma, but it wasn't overpowering. This was a great Riesling which I enjoyed.
I tasted this wine on its own without food.
